MCC (A) APS (Advanced)
hours
by the Head of Training
MCC Course is crucial in forming the professional acquiring and application of Knowledge, Skill and Attitude (KSA).
It is paramount for the Trainee to understand and develop the appropriate level of Competencies related to the role.
EASA Regulations give clear indication on how this course needs to be developed and objectives.
It is my intention to work hard and cooperate with CAA ENAC to form Competent and Safe Pilots, and I believe the MCC Course is one of the best opportunities.
Conduct a flight in a Multi Pilot Aircraft (MPA), safely and efficiently, requires the highest level of understanding of the appropriate Attitude to support the Knowledge and Skill.
In this the no technical Competencies are the best “tools” a pilot has to perform according to the highest standards required.
I wish a very good job to our Trainee and Instructors involved.
3 Phases:
Note: as per FCL.735 in case of a Type Rating the Simulator phase will be reduced to 10 hrs (3 sessions)
