Course Aim:
The aim is provide managers with the essential leadership knowledge, skills and attitudes to lead their teams successfully.
Objectives:
By the end of the session managers will:

- Understand behavior and how to manage difficult situations.

- Have awareness of their own strengths and weaknesses as leaders.
