Sandra began her carrier with airBaltic in Latvia, the Baltics leading airline.
She started in the Commercial department rotation programm, including front line positions like checking-in agent and ticket office agent to marketing assistant . This gave gave her a good insight into how different departments work together to deliver the best outcome to customers. She continued in the Sales department as sales representative and after some years became Agent Sales Manager for the Baltic States.
