Stefano Bertocco
Chief Flight Instructor, Deputy Head of Training
Stefano Bertocco began his career as an Italian Navy Officer. After having been trained and obtained the Military Pilot’s Licenses for fixed and rotary wings at the US Navy Flight school he became a combat ready helicopter pilot and served the Italian Navy in several international scenarios.
During his commitment he covered many roles and started his experience as an instructor and Aviation Safety Officer.
After leaving the Navy in 1999 he had extensive experience in civil aviation flying short, medium and long haul for different airlines with ratings on the Dornier 328, B747, B757, B767 and A320.
He achieved the CRM Facilitator appointment at the Lufthansa Training Center, and after a few years of experience as an instructor became the CRM and Human Factors Manager in Air Italy, developing and administering training programs for flight and cabin crews.
He is currently a TRI/TRE on A330.
